Not much controversy.
Not much wondering
about why, how, because.

A single-parent home.
Playing with Star Wars toys
Dancing to "Open Your Heart"
Singing "The Reflex"
Watching He-Man on the tube
Acting classes.
Skating rinks.
Tennis matches.
Soccer practice.
Did that make me gay?
I doubt it.

I was born this way.
I walk this way.
I feel this way.
I love this way.

I wouldn't have it any other way.
