My adorable cat Anderson Pooper (the official cat of !! omg blog !!) likes a good spin on the floor now and again, but he never lets me do it for more than ten seconds or so. This film explores the possibility of a longer spinning session and its repercussions. It's heavy stuff, not for the faint of heart, but before you accuse me of animal cruelty, rest assured there is generous looping going on in the video.
If you're not too dizzy by the end, please give me the thumbs up and maybe I'll put some of that prize money towards making more important art like this! xo Frank

loser, generous looping or not, this is still animal cruelty.
I like your blog, BUT, this is cruel to the poor cat. How would you like to be spinning for over a minute and see how you try to walk. Leave the cat alone.
This is freakin' , can I say that in publix, hi-larious.
Try reading. Frank stated that He only spins the cat for 10 seconds or so. Frank used generous looping to create the impression of a spinning cat. Pets like people, crave attention. The cat likes it. If the cat didn't like it he would have bitten or scratched Frank or simply ran away.
Thumbs up for adorable silly cat, Anderson Pooper and sillier Frank for filming it.
shut up....cats love a good spin!
Its about time you found some play time with pooper :D Great video- your have my vote :D (Key word "play" time :D )
My cat Bumper loved to be spun around on the tile floor! Just like your cat. You have a great site....OMG it's OMG!!!!!!!!
Okay, I used to live in a home with 7 cats and one of them LOVED to be spun... he would literally beg for it, so stop with the "animal cruelty"... 1: it's looped a LOT, 2: Most animals (including humans) kinda' enjoy that dizziness from time to time.
Why can no one see the loop that he puts into it?
Stop being an idiot. Read what he says up there—he never lets me do it for more than ten seconds. C'mon, people.
oh, jesus h. christ people, calm down. animal cruelty my left foot; you people have clearly never owned a cat. they love attention. any kind.
Aw, c'mon, people, beating animals unconscious and skinning them alive is animal cruelty, this doesn't even count as roughhousing.
Didn't you ever spin like this as kids to make yourself dizzy? It was silly fun. Besides, cats have such an advanced sense of equilibrium, that they recover much faster than a human ever could.
This is definitely not animal cruelty. If an animal never liked to be spun around it would not engage you into those "games". My Dog loves that! She tries to attract your attention and get you to do it again. I HIGHLY doubt that someone like Frank is cruel to animals, his freakin' website is practically dedicated to his cat!
I hope you win Frank!! Go Canada!
i love anderson pooper
Poor cat!! do you love your cat? it's a terrible test.
With all that spinning, I'm surprised he's not named Anderson Puker!!!
Anything doing anything to a cat gets my vote....cats are the spawns of satan, dontcha know?
I watched this, then stood up and fell over. What does that say about human cruelty?? I LOVED it!!! Once I've had the sutures removed from my head where I hit the computer desk on my way down, I'll be focussed enough to vote for you in Round 7 Frank.
Look at that thumb.. damn.. that baby's enthusiastic.
a sick video, even if you are looping, how many kids will see this video and do it to their cat. i have formally alerted youtube to take it down and i have sent it to the animal humane society in washington DC and told them to get on it and see what can be done to save the cat. loop or no loop, this insinuates cruelty to animals
Hilarious! Reminds me of my Sit N Spin.
My old cat used to scratch me if I STOPPED spinning him before he was through. He loved it. Get over yourselves, people.
Absolutely criminal. This is one of the cruelest things I have seen.
The Humane Society in DC will love this video, I can see them passing it around via IM.. half of them prolly do the same thing with their cats. It's called PLAY.
THUMBS UP for Anderson Pooper!
My cat loves a good spin too. It´s not cruel...its called playing.
Oh get over yourselves you idiots! My cat climbs into the grocery bag every time i come back from the market and refuses to get out until i swing him around the rom in it,then once i put it down he runs out, turns around and attacks the bag.If you don't want to play with a pet,get a fish!Unless you already have a cat....found that out the hard way.
Go Frank!
